Paul R. Holland Jr, M.D.
Born and raised in San Francisco, Dr. Holland graduated with a Bachelors degree from U.C. Santa Barbara. He obtained his Masters degree in Pharmacology from Tulane University in New Orleans and attended Medical School at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu, Hawaii. His internship in internal medicine was completed at St Marys Medical Center in San Francisco. His residency tranining in Ophthalmology was completed at the University of Virginia. David C. Brosnan, O.D.
Born in California, Dr. Brosnan was an Alumni Scholar at U.C. Los Angeles and graduated with a Bac helors degree in biology. He received a secondary teaching credential from C.S. University Northridge and taught for five years in southern California serving as science department chairperson. Dr. Brosnan graduated from the U.C. Berkeley School of Optometry in 1999 after serving as class president. His leisure time passion is supporting the dance careers of his three children.

Paul R. Holland Sr, O.D.
Born in Memphis, Tennessee, and raised in the San Joaquin Valley, Dr. Holland graduated from the U.C. Berkeley School of Optometry in 1966, after undergraduate study at U.C. Santa Barbara. He and his wife Flor, have four wonderful children, and one of them Paul, Jr., is the Ophthalmologist at this practice. Dr. Holland is a longtime member of the American Optometric Association, the California Optometric Association and the U.C. Berkeley Alumni Association. Among his hobbies are flying, scuba diving, fishing, hunting, mushroom foraging, painting, traveling, winemaking, cooking, gardening and swimming – having completed the Alcatraz to Fisherman’s Wharf swim twice in the past few years.
